EPHERIUM

Epherium is home to the Envherii, an ancient race that descended into Aanveil from another world during the Age of Convergence. They were promised a safe haven on Aanveil by the god supreme, Anvilus, and that promise was kept. Epherium, their wondrous city-state, is nestled within the ancient and mystic Queen Iliathe Forest, named after the immortal queen of the Envherii.

 

The Envherii are reclusive, limiting their interactions with the rest of Aanveil. They serve as a natural buffer between the rival city-states of Athelour and Hamm. Renowned for their mystical and ancient knowledge, the Envherii’s notaries and elders are highly sought after for consultations on arcane matters. Despite their elusive nature and the resulting reputation for untrustworthiness, the Envherii are steadfast in keeping their word and strive to maintain peace. Seldom venturing beyond their forest enclave, it is whispered that the Envherii draw a unique strength from their surroundings, enhancing their insight, charm, and agility. Among the few notable Envherii who have journeyed beyond their borders, Thalorian the Scribe is particularly distinguished. Much about the Envherii remains shrouded in mystery. They hold court only with heads of state, and their capital is said to be cloaked in a mist that renders it invisible to the commoner's eye.
